Terms of Use

01Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

02Account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time in the App settings.

03License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

04HealHub Premium subscriptions

• AI features require a HealHub Premium subscription. Premium is offered with weekly, monthly and yearly billing periods. Current prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. When a trial ends without cancellation, the paid subscription starts automatically.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
• Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• A subscription is linked to the HealHub account that activated it. If you restore it on another HealHub account, Premium moves to that account.

05AI features

• AI features are powered by Google Gemini. Data is sent to the AI service only after you give consent in the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Premium includes a daily AI usage limit, shown in the App. The limit resets every day and may be adjusted to keep the service reliable.
• AI answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and do not reflect our opinion. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.
• AI features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages or limits.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully or to harm others;
• try to bypass subscriptions, usage limits or security measures;
• interfere with the App, its servers or other users;
• use automated means to access the App or its AI features;
• submit content that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

07Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

08Intellectual property

The App, its design, code and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

09Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11Changes and termination

We may change the App or these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12Apple

You and we acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”), and we, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
• if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App;
• we, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims;
• we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights;
• you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
